Developing TPs
OptimalTest engineering tools allow the TE to perform remote debug while fully controlling the entire tester and prober functions (switching between wafers, load/unload wafers, moving to a specific x,y location, z-up, z-down).

Qualifying TPs
  • Define an experiment flow which contains the TPs, wafers, x/y locations you want to run
  • Define RSs which stop the flow run in case measurements are incorrect or yield is too low
  • Give you OptimalTest’s qualification report which contains all of the relevant Kappa, repeatability and distribution charts so you can effortlessly create your own qualification report (WP)

TTR
Working on TTR for one, two or even three TPs isn’t too tedious, but what if you need to work on dozens? What if you want to release better and faster TPs in a higher frequency? Our solutions give you classic and adaptive TTR algorithms that are fully automatic:
  • Avoid using multiple analysis tools such as JMP, Excel or other statistical applications by using OptimalTest’s tool, which will:
    - Choose the historical data which will be used for analysis and execute the analysis tool
    - Show you the TTR you will gain from bypassing specific tests on specific geographical areas. Quality and reliability are not    compromised because of our reference dice validation technology.
    - The results from the TTR analysis can be exported easily and be used next time you run the relevant TP
  • Advanced Adaptive Testing
    - Based on a comprehensive, automated analyses which allows you to (easily) bypass only specific tests on specific material after    making sure that certain conditions were met

Monitoring yield
- PEs/TEs supervise many products. OptimalTest delivers tools which not only give you the ability to monitor yield but also to receive    automatic online notifications through email/SMS
- OptimalTest tools give you the option to perform cross analysis in order to identify problem modules (tester/ prober/ handler/ Probecard/    loadboard)
  • Monitoring bins recoverability (Recoverability is defined as the gain percentage per bin)
    - Tester utilization can be saved by maximizing your product test and retest performance. OptimalTest tools guide you through the    optimal rules needed in order to gain the most (In terms of yield) while saving tester time

TP Health Check
  • Identifying marginal tests: Easily find marginal tests by using the bin switching report
  • Test time analysis (per tester): OptimalTest reporting tools give you the option to extract test time per tester in order to find abnormalities between testers
  • Yield issues: Yield issues can be tracked and investigated easily with OptimalTest rules, which will track your products when they are not meeting their yield target

Data Analysis
  • Analyzing bin data: OptimalTest bin charts and bin tables will help you to identify your main hitters, allowing you to optimize your TP and improve your yield performance
  • Analyzing parametric data: Parametric data is analyzed online, allowing you to identify many additional issues when they happen (even before yield degradation occurs) and save tester time (trends/freezes etc.)
  • Outlier Detection: OptimalTest reporting tools give you the option to run offline Outlier Detection rules in order to improve your quality performance. In addition you can run Outlier Detection algorithms online as well, saving your TP development time.
