OptimalTest’s Fleet Control & Dashboard module allows you to monitor your entire
fleet of testers, probers and handlers for any inconsistency and to monitor all
your products at any level of parallelism. Moreover, it allows you to pinpoint problems
as they arise and respond immediately for rapid correction and better operational
efficiency and productivity. Using this solution, you can also remotely manage a
specific tester either from your office or from another designated site.
While monitoring your testers, we can data log key information for you and your
customers only from bins and soft-bins with no test-time impact or parametric and
functional data at minimal test time impact. You can also leverage OptimalTest’s
yield learning techniques through reference die technology for greater results.
Key monitoring results can be collected and joined together with information from
