It can be implemented in different phases and with different options. OptimalTest
can install its station controllers at your subcons or can obtain their data logs
(STDF or other formats). They can be transferred to your local or regional operations
center for near-time delivery of early notifications about quality, yield loss,
test time control, and data integrity. Off line, data logs can be transferred from
regional operations to headquarters for additional early notifications as well as
off-line analysis and reporting for global operations
