Support IT Engineer - Ichon, Kyoungki, Korea
Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade systems and perform various integration tasks between OptimalTest systems and the customer’s IC tester systems and network. Provide IT Maintenance/administration for OptimalTest hardware and database.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Windows System Administration, SQL Database.
- At least 3 years of working experience in system/network trouble shootings.
- Knowledge in Windows system administration Networking/ Security and Database administration (SQL server) is essential.
- Experience and Knowledge in semiconductor testing environment is an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ichon City, Kyoungki Province, Korea.
- Good proficiency in written/verbal English and Korean communication
- Candidate must be Independent and self-driven and also customer oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.

Operations and Customer Support Manager - Korea
Reports to Operations VP
Job Description
Contributes to the success of OptimalTest in Korea by:
-
Full ownership of the integration to the customers' legacy systems (like
workflow and others) in partnership with OT integration team.
-
Managing the proliferation of OT system within Korea customers and sites.
-
Hire and build the organization.
-
Being personally involved in pilots, integration and proliferation activities
at customers’ site.
-
Creating the relations with all the appropriate GMs, Department Managers and
key industry players, through exposure of the local testing market to Optimal
Test's Test Management Solutions and influencing the customers head-quarters to
assess / analyze / pilot / buy it.

Growing the operation & expanding the business, working in partnership with the
Sales organization, by understanding of customer’s needs and proposal of tailor
made solutions that are well-suited to customer’s requirements.
Growth potential
Start with focus on the current site, and expand to new sites and customers
across the country with direct management of the local resources.
Prerequisites

University graduate in Science or Engineering.

Experience in Semiconductor Industry in the testing arena.

Preferably with Product engineering or Test engineering background.

Good written and communication skills in English. Able to translate Korean to
English well.

Proven record of successful establishment and management of multi-discipline
organization.

Experience with multi-national companies.
