Test Floor Operations
The Test Floor Operations solution is a comprehensive set of software modules designed for test floors performing wafer sort or final test operations. It provides real-time views of the testers, automatic detection of equipment- or process-related issues through online rules and a wide selection of operational reports such as equipment utilization and usage reports.
The solution uses the same OT-DB infrastructure as other OptimalTest solutions, providing users with a high quality source of test data which, combined with the OT-Portal and OT-Rules applications, can be used to significantly improve quality and increase throughput and yield.
Using the OT-Proxy software component installed on testers, the Test Floor Operations solution can catch issues in real-time, alert users and, if needed, it can even stop the tester.
