The OptimalEnterprise™ has at its foundation three applications, OT-Portal, OT-Rules and OT-Control Room, as well as several additional modules for administration and management. OT-Portal is a client application which provides users access to the data in the OptimalEnterprise database. The application features rich UI functionality and enables users to build and design their own customized templates showing the data that they need in user friendly charts or tables. OT-Rules is the application in which users configure and simulate a variety of online and offline rules. Rules trigger “actions” which include email alerts, control room alarms or even advanced process control actions such as stopping a tester automatically when a problem is detected. OT-Control Room is a real-time monitoring application for test operations. It displays tester activity including real-time wafermaps and yield, bin and test time data.
