For Fabless
Fabless companies usually have a design center located at their headquarters and manufacturing and testing is done by foundries and OSAT’s which may be in different countries or even on different continents.
In typical fabless deployments, OptimalEnterprise is installed on the fabless company’s network and OT-Proxies are installed on the testers at the subcons. OTDF files are securely and reliably routed from a server at the subcon to the fabless. Another option is to use the OptimalTest SaaS (Software as a Service) option and access the applications in the cloud.
Connectivity between fabless customers and their subcons is bi-directional. In addition to OTDF datalog transfer from the subcons to the fabless customers, Adaptive Test rules are published automatically from the fabless to the relevant subcons.
